We provide professional DJing for weddings, corporate events and private parties, plus MC services and coordinated timing for key moments. We can also supply basic lighting and work with venue AV to deliver a complete entertainment package.

Are your DJs female?

Yes, SpinSisters is a female-led team of professional DJs who bring diverse musical styles and a personable approach to every event. Hiring a female DJ can also offer a distinct presence for your celebration.

Can you create a personalised playlist for our event?

Absolutely — we collaborate with you to build a tailored playlist and accept guest requests and 'do not play' lists. We offer custom playlists to ensure the music reflects your tastes and keeps the dancefloor busy.

Do you provide MC and announcement services?

Yes, our DJs can act as MCs to make announcements, introduce speeches and manage the flow of the evening. We coordinate with you and other vendors to ensure timing runs smoothly.

Where are you based and which areas do you serve?

We are based in London, England and regularly work across Surrey and surrounding areas. We can travel to most venues and will discuss any travel or venue requirements during booking.

What equipment do you use and do you provide lighting?

We use professional-grade sound systems and industry-standard DJ gear suitable for venues of varying sizes. Basic lighting options are available, and we can recommend additional AV solutions if your venue needs more elaborate production.

How far in advance should we book a DJ?

We recommend contacting us as soon as your date is confirmed, especially for weekend dates during peak season, to secure your preferred DJ. Early booking helps ensure availability and allows adequate planning time.

What happens if there is an equipment failure or other issue on the day?

We bring redundant systems and spares to every event to minimise disruption, and our DJs are trained to troubleshoot common problems quickly. In the unlikely event of a major issue, we have contingency plans to keep your event running.

The BEST Wedding DJ – All Hail DJ Laura! We cannot recommend DJ Laura highly enough! She delivered the most incredible wedding set we could have ever imagined. From the very first track to the final song, the dance floor was absolutely packed — every single guest was up and dancing the entire night. Our guests took almost no photos from the party because everyone was too busy living in the moment and having the time of their lives! We received so many compliments after the wedding about how amazing our DJ was. Laura struck the perfect balance between taking our suggestions and reading the room — she kept the energy high, the mood just right, and the transitions seamless. Janice & Lorraine from Spin Sisters were our DJs for our wedding and we couldn’t recommend them enough. They played music that reflected the energy in the room and, more importantly, joined in too by coming and speaking to guests, getting us to sing along, and making everyone feel special. I had seen lots of videos of SpinSisters on social media and was really excited to meet Laura and see if she could DJ at our wedding - she did not disappoint! Laura was so helpful from the outset and completely got what we were looking for. It was such an important part of the day for us (I love having a dance) and she kept the dancefloor full ALL NIGHT. The venue said they never see it that full til the end. I also wanted a sax player and Laura gave me lots of great recommendations which was really helpful. The night exceeded all of our expectations and we got so many "What a party!" comments/messages the next day. Thank you so much Laura!

Chloe Fontaine was our DJ from Spin Sisters for our wedding and she was fantastic. We had a great experience from booking through to the day!
